Whole30 Diary: Day 17

  • Breakfast–fried eggs with hash browns made from leftover potato from last night.
  • Lunch--Tossed salad with rotisserie chicken, avocado, Whole30 ranch dressing; roasted plantains.
  • Snack--roasted plantains, cashews (nervously consumed during the second half of the Panther’s game.
  • Dinner–Outback salmon, mixed veggies, and side salad without cheese (and removed the croutons), oil and vinegar; Whole30 ranch dressing used as tartar sauce; sliced banana with coconut cream.
  • Snack–cashews

Nothing new to report. I’m on the downhill slope but not close enough to the end to get excited. I’m just trying to stay the course.
