Whole30 Diary: Day 12

  • Breakfast–Eggs fried in clarified butter; asparagus
  • Lunch–chicken tenders,sweet potato, Brussels sprouts
  • Snack–Lara bar
  • Dinner–shrimp scampi, baked potato with clarified butter,spinach with sautéed garlic
  • Reached my goal of 10,000 steps on Fitbit.

Today was uneventful in terms of my Whole30 regimen. Thing are getting a little easier, so that I’m not preoccupied with food and food preparation all the time. I’m still eating tasty meals and not feeling especially deprived. That makes for a rather boring blog, so I’ll end now because the only thing worse than a boring blog is a long, boring blog.
