Whole30 Diary: Day 11

  • Breakfast–Eggs fried in clarified butter; ham; berries
  • Lunch–Ate out with my Crisis Control buddies–baked chicken, asparagus, side salad with oil and vinegar; added  a handful of roasted plantains when I got home to round out the meal.
  • Snack–Lara bar
  • Dinner–Baby back ribs cooked with Whole30 rub (see recipe below), grilled asparagus with lemon zest, sweet potatoes cubed and sautéed in clarified butter; dates
  • Only got 72,073  steps on my Fitbit.

Whole 30 Rub for Ribs:

2 T dried oregano

1 tsp. mustard powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 T paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper
